Terms & Conditions
• This program is managed by Future Retail Limited (hereinafter referred to as “FRL”)
• The Quick check out passes will be available on www.bigbaza...om on first come first serve basis
at a nominal fee of Rs.100 which is redeemable during billing. Token booking will open on 20th
January 2017 at 00:00hrs and shall close on 25th January, 2017 at 23:59
• Number of passes would be limited.
• The token window for billing will be of One (1) hour for using the Quick Check out pass.
• No cancellation or slot changing will be accepted once payment is made.
• The Rs.100 you pay will be deducted from your final bill at the respective BIG BAZAAR store at the
time of Checkout.
• The EGV (coupon code) worth Rs.100 is valid and redeemable only in Big Bazaar stores.
• The EGV (coupon code) will be valid from 21st January – 26th January 2017 only
• You can enter the BIG BAZAAR store during its working hours to shop but your billing will be done
only during the Quick check out token window booked by you.
• There will be assigned cash counters for Quick check out, billing for the Quick pass holders will be
done on these designated counters only.
• In case you cannot make it on the token window chosen for the Quick check out, the facility stands
void and BIG BAZAAR will not be held responsible.
• In case you cannot make it to the store on your booked date and time, you can redeem Rs. 100
off your final bill latest by 26st January 2017
• The EGV/coupon code is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• SMS/Email/Print out of the confirmation code as well as valid photo ID is required to avail the
Quick check-out option.
• The band provided at the entry is non-transferable and non-negotiable.
• Please provide your Valid ID proof at the entrance.
• Photo ID could be any Govt ID. Drivers License, Aadhar card, pan card.
• Make sure you tie the band at the entrance to avail smooth quick checkout facility.
• It is compulsory to show your band once you reach the quick checkout counter.
• Only 1 person from the family/group will be eligible to stand in line for the quick checkout facility.
• Only 1 person from the family/group will be tied the band.
• FRL shall not be liable in the event it fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this terms and
conditions due to flood, earthquake, storm, cyclone or any other acts of god of similar nature,
war, strike, lockout, or governmental or judicial or quasi-judicial policies/intervention/direction
/prohibition or change in law or for any technology/network failure or any other reasons beyond
its control.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of FRL shall be final and binding on all concerned and Courts
in Mumbai shall have exclusive Jurisdiction.
• FRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and such changes shall be deemed
effective immediately
